2. Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 3 hours and may not always be guaranteed.

3. All payments must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods available at checkout.

6. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or missed deliveries

7. Please be present at the agreed delivery location and time to receive your order

8. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for food once delivered or picked up

9. If there is an issue with your order(wrong items, missing items, or quality concerns), please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order for resolution

10. We take food safety seriously, but please be aware that our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, nuts, fish, and shellfish.
