We offer local delivery within Toronto and surrounding areas on: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays (Sundays are our busiest delivery days because of meal prep deliveries)
When placing your order and you want to opt for delivery please mention "Delivery" in the order notes or contact us after placing your order to confirm delivery details and fees. If we don't hear from you, we'll assume it's for pickup (which is on the same day as delivery)

delivery starts at $10 for the first 5km from North York.For locations farther than 5km,an additional $0.60 per km is added.
We'll always aim to deliver within your selected time but our days remain fixed unless under special conditions.If you have a preferred time range,let us know in the order notes - we'll do our best to accommodate!
Yes we do - pickup is on same days as deliveries.
After you place your order,we'll check your delivery address and contact you if there's an additional charge based on the distance.
